The lady who works here is very professional, responsive and does quality work. I have had alterations done here and they have always exceeded my expectations and completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place for alterations.

After being told that a zipper on one jacket would cost $35 and another zipper would require a heavy duty sewing machine and could not be fixed at their shop, I went to Encinal Dry Cleaners and Alterations. The mother of the cashier was able to fix both zippers easily with pliers and refused to take any money for her work. I am thrilled with the results and can now wear both of these jackets that had been in the closet for a long time. I can't say enough about this business! I would highly recommend it to anyone.
