Not recommended, save your money and go elsewhere. Lots of promises with zero follow through. Everything seems great at first with the facade of a shop tour but things eventually reveal themselves throughout the process of working with this "company". My client intially made a comment about the owner but we blew it off. We were mistaken. The owner often changed from what my client was promised to what the owner wanted to do. His niceness quickly turned to outward aggravation at being held to what was initially promised.
Prices changed along the way and the owner was unwilling to complete the project as promised. He delivered an unfinished project and basically told my client that it was my fault even though I was reasonable and even paid more when he changed prices.
My client and I ended up using another company closer to L.a. and they finished what this place said was "unworkable".
I do not recommend. Very unprofessional.

I've had Encirco Studios build many items for me over the years and can't recommend them highly enough. The owner, Patricio, has always made sure his shop delivers nothing but the highest quality - it seems to be an internal point of pride for him which is rare, and very appreciated.

I'm a puppeteer/puppet maker in Los Angeles and have worked with Encirco Studios a couple times over the past couple of years for a number of projects I've been involved with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom sets, animatronics, props, really it seems they can do almost anything as Patricio has surrounded himself with a crew of very talented sculptors, painters, 3D print technicians, etc. I find Patricio to be very professional and friendly. Prior to taking any job we've negotiated, Patricio asks a lot of questions in order to get on the same page and throughout the building process is in frequent contact with either more questions or answers to my questions. I've always been happy with his work which has always been delivered on schedule (most often earlier than the due date). They work with a wide range of clients from big corporations like Disney, Universal, Knott's Berry Farm to the little guys like me. It's a privately owned business (owned and run by Patricio) and from my experience he/they are committed to go above and beyond their customer's expectations.
