We hired encore dj for our wedding and after everything was set and done, we just hated it. Working with them before hand was a mess, they emailed me saying that they'd call me the next day I waited all day and no call, finally emailed them to ask what was up they informed us that they meant saturday not friday ( when you say next day i'm going to assume next day not two days from then). We finally got everything settled and set up an appointment for another day. The day of the wedding I felt like We were constantly being bombarded with questions by them, it was over whelming and they just wanted to do everything at once it felt like. They tried to start the bouquet toss when a lot of people were missing and I had to try to tell them no I wasn't ready since I was missing people. Then every time I tried to sit down just to get a sip of water they would come over and say they wanted me to do something else or for us to start something else, my husband and I literally had to run off and hide so we could just a moment to drink some water and be away from them. We also requested they do a money dance song and they completely forgot about it, I had to have one of my bridesmaids go over and talk to them about it! They then played it as one of the last songs after about half the wedding guests had left. Overall I just felt they were very annoying and overbearing. Would not recommend!

Had Brett come out to DJ our wedding. The only positive things I can say is he was prompt and on time and working with tables to go to buffet line. Beyond that, miscued a number of songs, played our first dance song three times prior to us actually dancing to it. The whole process required us to fill out an exhaustively long online form in what I believe is an incredibly antiquated DOS based form that is extremely convoluted. Worst part was, took couple hours to fill out the form, and he still didn't even come close to following it. Songs were completely out of order and he has no concept of how to DJ, pretty sure he is musically tone deaf with no ability to properly regulate BPM from one song to the next. Literally went from fast pace dance music to slow song with no transition what so ever. Tried mixing songs on a couple of occasions and that is something he has no business doing as there was no flow at all. Don't hire him as a DJ!!! Nice guy, not a good DJ. Just use your phone and spotify
