Buyer beware: they charge a minimum of $215 plus tax ($234.35) for the first hour of work. This was not disclosed to me before services were rendered. Was shocked to receive the bill at that rate after <1 hour of work. Really bummed me out because the electrician they sent out seemed competent and was great to work with. Would have used them again otherwise.
Our first experience with this electrician was VERY positive and felt we had found our "go to" electrician which is why we called them back for another job.
The second visit was for replacement of GFCI plugs and a specific issue related to a breaker repeatedly tripping when certain small appliances were being used in our kitchen.
Explained the issue in detail to the electrician when he was here and while he found a different, unrelated issue and fixed that, the original problem breaker was not addressed nor replaced.
After having it trip again about a month later, I called the office and spoke with the owner and he noted that they stand behind their work and would have the electrician that was here give me a call.
The electrician that did the work called me the next day, I explained what happened and ask if they would come back and take a look at things and he indicated he would talk with the boss about the situation and get back to us on next steps.
Their solution to help us; a $1,900+ quote to run a new line to the kitchen.
Extremely disappointed that a sledge hammer was offered to remedy a problem that required a tack hammer.
