A tranquil vibe. I called, and they were able to get me on the same day! The staff is always kind and welcoming. My massage was wonderful and relaxing, just what I needed! I've had several massages here and will continue to use them for my massage needs!

I was looking for place to go have a “me day” for my birthday and this place was awesome. Did the Total Bliss package and I added on the solar plexus chakra sound for the pod (which I recommend adding on sounds based on your preference), and Ana the masseuse made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time and made sure to check in with me throughout the massage and even made recommendations based on the tensions she found in my back. Definitely switching to a headset at work here soon and will also be returning to Energy as well!

Did the one hour dry and steam sauna experience for the second time. Amazing! I’m a pile of goo now. Place was clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Got a membership so I can come back more and save money.
