Don't bother calling them or a repair if you don't buy a system from them. They'll put you on the back burner. I don't expect to be put to the front of the line but this doesn't seem like a way to recruit new business

Energy Star Systems is a great company that always has given me excellent value over the years. Mike, the owner, is very customer-friendly - excellent on follow-through and follow-up.
