FAKE SERVICE, NEVER book. Pickup never comes nor the refund, waste of time

I think this is a scam. They told me 30-60 min to pick me up. After an hour, I texted them asking if the driver was on the way and they kept telling me the driver was going to call but they never did. Also, the street view on Google maps doesn't look like the pictures they uploaded of the company. The phone number is an Iowa number and the billing went to a place in Texas. Everything about this place seemed fishy. I eventually cancelled and had to book another towing company. I now have to dispute the charge for this one with my credit card company. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else.
