It's been about 18 months since I buried my wife. At the time of her death, we had been wiped out, financially, emotionally and physically from a 2-year battle with cancer. I'm grateful to the people of English Funeral Chapel for taking the time to understand my wants and needs for the funeral. A friend swooped in and covered the cost, and the worst days of my life were met with the best that people had to offer. Thank you.

My dad recently passed and English funeral chapels was the funeral home that was on call in the month he had passed. My mom didn't feel comfortable from the moment the man had arrived. He didn't talk to her before he went into the bedroom of where my dad had passed. He just went into the room and came out handing my mom his wedding ring. He wasn't professional in the way he should have been. The other most major thing is that they never asked us if we wanted to have a viewing at all. It felt like they just made their own decisions and didn't talk to my mom and us about anything except for transfering him to bell tower in post falls that is amazing. After that they called the next day with no respect at all and very disrespectful in demanding they be paid immediately.
