THIEVES! BE VERY CAREFUL OF USING THIS BUSINESS there is a fraudulent charge from this business in my bank account. My bank told me to call this business and inquire before doing a dispute for fraud. The Manager sounded very nervous over the phone and told me he wasn’t aware of what I was stating despite me repeating myself over and over. He was playing dumb. I believe this business either allowed someone to fraudulent make a purchase using my checking account or this Manager is stealing customers information off of their computer and making unauthorized purchases. I am disputing this charge with my bank and I would warn others in the Yakima/Union gap area about making ANY purchases using Engravable images in Union Gap Washington . This Manager who hung up the phone on me when I was being so polite and am just confused as he was where this charge came from did not need to be rude and completely unprofessional in his mannerisms. Unbelievable . This place of business commits bank fraud and identity theft then treats the victim like they are the ones to blame. Way to go Valley Mall in Union Gap Washington . I hope someone ends up getting prosecuted when this investigation is over. In the meantime BE AWARE if you see a charge on your bank account from this place.
