The service technician was a knowledgeable professional. He did the troubleshooting quickly and found the problem. He had a general purpose replacement capacitor in the service van and he installed it quickly. His work would have earned five stars. The reason for four stars is that Entek charged a way too high price for the capacitor.

He went above and beyond to ensure everything was thoroughly inspected, including cleaning the coil and performing a full inspection of the entire unit. He walked me through the issues that he found. We discussed a plan to change the fan motor because the plate was movable, which is not supposed to be. His patience in answering my questions was truly appreciated.
