If I could give this place more stars I would. Car buying is one of those things that is just simply frustrating and annoying especially if you are dealing with people who do not have your best interest at heart. Car buying can also be very demoralizing if your credit is poor and you are trying to fix it, however every dealership I went to treated me like my credit score. That was until I met Megan and Rick from Enterprise Car sales here in riverside. I was very honest to rick about my situation and what I had to offer, and from the very beginning he understood my situation. Rick was blunt, honest, and up front with me. He gave me clear instructions and steps moving forward that left out any guess work normal dealerships typically give you. Within minutes Rick knew my situation and immediately went to work. I never had to call him for follow ups or for information because he always bet me to it. That is when the manager Megan stepped in and fought like hell, also with up front honest, and clear instructions and steps forward. I felt like I was receiving VIP treatment like I had a credit score of 720 and $5000 down payment, plus a trade in. But no. I had poor if not horrible credit, like low 500, and only $2500 and they took their time and fought. The way they both took charge and cared for me, and put me in a newer 2020's mid sized 17k vehicle was completely unexpected. Other dealerships either ignored me or tried putting me in a 2015 13k or less vehicle with a rate of 29.99. I will never go to another dealership.
