It's dirty. The service is not disrespectful, just discourteous. Their supply of anything I have shopped for is lacking. It's hard to find anything because of how they have it set up. The bathrooms are disgusting. Stuff on the walls. They smell. Did I mention the walls haven't been cleaned, maybe ever. I miss when it was Hastings. It was a much nicer store.

These people DO NOT know how to price cards. They gave our MOST expensive cards to their “magic guy” and priced them at .50 cents. After showing them what they did wrong, offered me 4$ for at minimum 30$ worth of cards. This place is trashier than the pawn one meme. Best I can do is never come back

We shop here on a weekly basis! We love entertainmart. They have a wide selection of SO many things and their prices are VERY reasonable! It’s fun to go here and get lost in the nostalgia and check out new things, too! I do really miss that Ryan & Erin are gone- but the customer service from others has been good. Marie & Rylie are amazing :D thank you entertainmart!
