My wife and I have worked with Doug Arbogast and Sara Cerda since 2008. We have bought and sold 14 properties (22 transactions) through out this time. Some of these houses have been flip houses, others we have held onto as rentals. They have also helped us with decisions to purchase properties that fit our goals.
Sara and Doug also manage some of our rentals. They have interviewed and screened potential renters, started new accounts, collected rents and given us repair recommendations.
One of the most beneficial properties we have invested in was an 18 unit mini storage. Although its not a large complex, it has done very well for us and continues to be profitable and we are meeting our investment goals without a lot of day to day management needs.
Doug and Sara compliment each other and work well together. If one does not have an answer to our needs, the other takes care of it or seeks out the solution.
