Installed a new system in 2012 that had significant failure by 2017. Cost thousands to repair. Owner made an appointment to meet and review the system. Could not indicate an am or pm arrival, requiring a entire day of work off. Shows up for 15 min, does nothing, leaves, sends an invoice for $155+.

Don't use this place they are a rip off and charge for a nothing call to talk to someone $130 wow they did nothing and Envirotek won't fix there mistake of how they did a drain field either . Now I understand why people told us not to use them. Takes weeks for a answer also. Your workers shouldn't say it's your fault and it will get fixed by Envirotek if that's not what's going to happen.

Alan and crew did an outstanding job with our system. We needed some maintenance on our 25 year old system, and they inspected, pumped, repaired a broken outflow, installed risers, and put the grass back. Their office crew did a great job of communicating about billing. It was professional, friendly, knowledgeable service. I would trust Envirotek to give me straight answers for any septic system issue. I really can't say enough about their great service and valuable analysis.
