This place used to be great when it first opened but ever since covid it's gone down hill. I have the founding membership and they raised the prices on me. They haven't even been there for 5 years and the equipment is so worn out. I spoke to a former assistant manager and that person told me that all their equipment that they replaced is old equipment from old gyms. Some of them don't even feel safe to be honest. I only keep my membership because it's 24 hrs and if I have a friend who wants to work out with me I can bring them for free.
I will say I do like the theater room. Much easier to get cardio done while watching a movie.
I do dislike that they have no one answering phones at night, and that's a something management told me they stopped doing. So they just sit there doing nothing or talking or on their phones, coz let's face it, in the middle of the night no one really needs help. And you would think they would clean, but nope, they sure don't.
