Marcus was absolutely the best. I am so happy that he came out. I had other people come out and tell me nonsense things like I needed a new toilets. He really was informative and We are forever grateful that we are able to have hot water not having hot water was really hard. Thank you, Marcus. We will definitely be trusting epic for all of our future needs.

We've been very satisfied with all the work Epic has done. This morning Marcus and Cyrus came for annual inspections, and I learned good things from both of them. Everyone has been super nice, and all of our stuff works, so what's not to like?

Woke up this morning and realized our air conditioner went out. Today is supposed to be the hottest day of the year (106F). Epic was able to come out in just a few hours. We were up and running very quickly. Syrus was great. We also had him do a service on the heater and the A/C. He was very nice and respectful. I feel the cost was very reasonable. I feel other places might have charged me a lot more. I will definitely call Epic again. Thanks!!
