I had a jammed door handle so I contacted Epic Locksmith and my call was returned within minutes. I spoke with Philip and even though it was not an emergency, he was able to meet the following day on a weekend. He gave me a call ahead of arriving and was prompt for the appointment. Upon examining the issues, he clearly explained the problems to me then went out for a few parts. He quickly returned and efficiently fixed the door. I found the price very reasonable given how convenient the service was and the high quality of the work - my door has never worked better! I will definitely contact Epic Locksmith again for any door/lock issues.
