While our physical therapist was solid at his trade, the back office and billing system is troublesome. Once we found out our payments would rise due to the change of the calendar year, we were offered by our therapist to pay with CASH and the bill would be lower. We were told we would be given a retroactive bill at this lowered CASH ONLY price by the front desk. Sadly we found out later this was not the truth, and the corporate billing company denied approving the retroactive bill we were promised by the front desk. In all, we were charged 400 dollars more than promised. We suggest that you take your business else where.

Gina, at Epic challenged me, encouraged me & supported me like no one else could have, through my shoulder surgery recovery. I am grateful to be fully recovered. Everyone at Epic is so respectful, caring & professional.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Epic . I was scheduled for an hour massage treatment and the session was only 40 mins at best. I try to give the benefit of dought. So I scheduled a 2nd treatment and signed in and paid my copay and was instructed to take a seat and they would call me in. I waited 25 mins without being helped. Bad business practice. Will not return and would not recommend this clinic.
