rude and sarcastic employees.
never answered the question i asked just gave me a snarky remark and brushed it off.
employees make the place feel very unwelcoming, constantly laughing and yelling at everything they see. the store is way too small for that big of a crowd to be just “hanging out”. owner lies about experiences to cover their social presence as well.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook Marketplace and sent a message to ask for more details. The person who gave me the address of the store failed to mentioned the store was closed for the day so I had to find out myself by driving out there (they did not update their hours on google). The next day (today - 10/3/24) I went to their livestream on TikTok and asked if the store was open today, the person streaming said they would be open once the stream was over (it ended around 4:00pm). I am here at the store now (5:00pm) and the store is not open. I called the number listed online multiple times before I arrived and as I sat in the parking lot to no answer. I haven't been to the store yet but already a horrid customer experience.
I had an amazing internship experience at Epic Pulls Anime Cafe during my summer break from UCI. The team at Epic Pulls is incredibly passionate about anime and customer service, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere every day.
During my time there, I was given valuable responsibilities and the chance to work on meaningful projects, which made my internship both educational and enjoyable. The supportive and enthusiastic staff made me feel like a valued part of the team from day one.
