I called and made a phone appointment with someone. They didn't call at the appointment time and I haven't heard from them since. Update: I have since heard from them twice. They were apologetic and asked what they could do to get me to remove my rating, so I added a couple of stars as a peace offering. To be clear, I chose not to work with them because of the missed appointment, so I was not a client and can't speak to their actual work.
