The staff is so awesome. I loved how his teacher and assistant greeted my kiddo as soon as we walked in. His teachers assistant got down on his level and showed him around. It really made my heart happy to see him connect with them so soon!

Two months and we are still “waiting to fill out forms” it first started with not having the shots needed. We had to make an appointment to get the missing shot. Turned out the lady helping us at Epic misread the information and the shots were never needed. He had already gotten them all. The lady helping us got sick for two weeks and everyone in the office kept saying they couldn’t help us that we had to wait until she got back. A week after she got back we were told that we needed to go back in to fill out a lunch form. We asked when he would be able to start and she said she didn’t know. That we had to wait until she inputted the lunch form in, then wait to get the bus form and she would call us to fill the bus form then we had to wait for the information to process before she could tell us the next step. We asked if we could fill out all missing forms since we were already there and she said no, that we had to do step by step and wait for information to process from one form before we are able to fill out the following form. At this point we are very annoyed. If they can’t accept him why don’t they say so from the beginning. We could’ve tried elsewhere.
