Was referred to them by Poweracoustik when my PDN-626B unit started to have a malfunctioning navigation system. While I wasn't able to get the firmware or navigation update that I needed to fix this annoying self-resetting issue, both the person who answered the call and the tech support person I was transferred to were polite and professional.

this place is terrible!!! don’t buy a soundstream radio. They will not honor there warranty’s, will give you the run around and keep your old device. $1000.00 down the drain. 2 1/2 months and its gone bad . I will be filing a claim with the BBB,

They have the worst customer service you can imagine. It’s like a bunch of kids they got answering the phone. Not even the slightest amount of professionalism. You email leave messages for “managers” with no reply. I would rather pay double for another unity than to ever have to use this company again. It’s the Betamax of customer service. Run don’t walk.
