Hard to find exactly what I was looking for. Could be made easier or given more options or ways to search. Once you do figure out where to find what is needed it can be very useful in building a better workplace. Good resources for and information employee & employer. I was just mistreated by Mel who called and states I needed to review and think about the information I have sent in the complaint. I, then start questioning him what exactly I needed to do because he explained in a very fast and diminishing way and I could not understand him. I felt he was enforcing power and disrespectful when talking in a condescending way. I told him how I was viewing the communication and effects have caused it and that I needed to report it.
