As a first time home buyer in a crazy real estate market we really had no idea what to expect. Working with Khousheh honestly took so much pressure off and made the process really fun.
Khousheh really understood what we could afford and had all the research done in the wide area we were interested in. We were very proactive at going through the listings every time an update came through but Khousheh showed us a place that wasn’t on our radar and it ended up being “The One”
What really stood out to me was the care and communication we received at every turn. I work in a very fast paced industry and am accustomed to quick and detailed responses. For someone like me Khousheh was brilliant. She never missed a detail or an update. Did I mention it was actually fun?
The best compliment I can give is we have immediately shared her information with our friends who are just starting their own first time home buying journey.
I engaged Mrs. Khousheh Azmoudeh, a Realtor from Coldwell Banker, as our Realtor when I was pressed to sell our Thousand Oaks property quickly due to a serious illness of my wife. We had previously lived in several different states and accordingly experienced several real estate transactions. I can unequivocally say that this current transaction, facilitated by Khousheh, was the best. The preparation for the sale was efficient and thorough. Her advice was sound, logical, and practical. Mrs. Azmoudeh was resourceful, helpful, and very accommodating beyond what I had expected. Her research in relation to the sale and proper pricing was detailed and thorough. The timing of the listing was meticulous and, I would say, perfect. Ms. Azmoudeh's preparation for the listing and the open house left nothing lacking. She had a wonderful, supportive, and resourceful auxiliary staff. When it came time to negotiate offers, again, very efficient and sound advice, and the deal was settled at the asking price in a shorter than expected timeframe with less hassle than my similar transactions I had experienced over the years.
