Words can’t express how grateful I am for Shelley Larsen. I initially met her through Monarch Property Management before merging with ERA and my experience with her has been PRICELESS! She’s the perfect liaison between the homeowners and renters. She has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me in every aspect of this process. She is so quick to respond to every question or concern I’ve had. In fact, I’ve wanted to steal her for our office and I’m in a completely different industry. That says a lot about her work ethic, customer service, and kindness that she shows everyone. ERA is very fortunate to have her. As well as the homeowners and renters that have the privilege of working with her. She truly has been beyond AMAZING.
