People working there are very friendly and responsive. For the year that I was a tenant, the company has impressed me with their swift response to our inquiries and their efficiency in dealing with home repairs and other household matters. As a student living in Berkeley for three years at three different places, ERI company is the only one that I would truly recommend to anyone trying to find a home there.

I used to live on an ERI property and they were always timely and responsive, as well as thoughtful. I’ve been a graduate for a few years now and I accidentally shipped a package to my old apartment. Mary helped me out super promptly and it was greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work ladies!
