Dr. Waterman and his staff (from front to back) were very friendly and professional. My daughter was fearful of what procedure would be done and everything was explained to her using terms she understood as she is only 9. Olivia was amazing and very knowledgeable helping to put my daughter at ease. Dr. Waterman also helped make sure my daughter knew what was going on. Thank you

Dr. Waterman and his staff created the most comfortable and professional experience for me. I have been researching this surgery for years now and the moment i stepped into his office I felt immediately at ease. Every question I had was answered in a way that I understood. I would highly recommend Dr. Waterman to anyone searching for a surgeon for rhinoplasty! I felt comfortable asking questions and expressing my concerns as he was attentive and understanding. The staff is also excellent at communicating and scheduling follow-up appointments. Throughout my recovery I have reached out with new questions and always received a quick response. I felt very taken care of by Dr. Waterman and his staff!
