Erik Johnson was an awesome realtor for my home buying experience! He was available 24/7 to answer any questions, always showed up friendly and helpful for the showing, found people to help me with moving and remodeling problems, negotiated a lower price when the appraisal didn't support the asking price, tirelessly worked with my loan officer to solve problems, and all in all made my buying experience so much easier.
