I've rented here for over 20 years, and the last three years with the new ownership they have been consistently rude and hard to work with not to mention expensive. there is no real competition in hood river but I'm done with them

We were told the wood chipper we rented could process a certain size branch. It could only do half that size and it broke down mid job. We rented it for the weekend and could only use it briefly for one day. When the owner was approached for a discount or some sort of partial refund he basically said we got our money's worth. He wasn't willing to work with us at all. The equipment did not work as advertised and the owner was not willing to do the right thing. Very poor service.

I highly recommend this place. As many contractors know, equipment rental can sometimes be a big headache, coordinating dates and times etc. Casey West was a pleasure to work with and a great representative to this company. Would give 6 stars if I could!!
