I have a reservation, however I am skeptical because I cannot get them on the phone. We will see, I will update with another review post stay, and I will be complaining about inability to call to the front desk..

I had a great experience. The room looked the way it was advertised! 10 minutes from little Tokyo. The Hollywood sign was slightly visible from where we stayed. 2 minute walking distance from food places. There is also a hospital nearby.

The maid will come in your room unannounced when your there or not there. I have nanny cam video of the maid snooping around in our personal belongings and NOT CLEANING THE ROOM. She even said I was dirty after I caught her snooping around on camera. I take video of all the rooms the second I check in, and here's my thoughts, the maids don't clean draws which are full of crumbs and nasty little specs of food, human hair, pubic hairs and oily and stickyness. When they "clean" they use plain water and no disinfectants. It's extremely unsanitary because the maids don't know how to clean professionally. You get HIV, and other STDS if you stay here. It's unfathomable to me that they don't hire real professionals to clean and it's extremely unsafe for children, because the maids don't sanitize anything. Contact me for more details.
