I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! William was the salesman that helped me and he was so informative. He gave helpful tips on the adjustable base and how to support my body. My shoulder was aching from my previous mattress and it was making it hard for me to work and do my job. I’ve already improved immensely and it’s only been the first week with the new mattress. I did shop around and William was the best customer service experience I had and also one of the best priced. I did find one place to have something I was looking for and cheaper but he was so unbelievably pushy that it made me feel uncomfortable so I didn’t go with that option. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my first mattress! They delivered and took my old mattress away and was so careful and skillful with the move to not scoff up a wall or something. I was set up in like 15 minutes. Thanks guys! Also super happy to support a local business and family men!

I walked into ESC Mattress Center on Everett Mall Way Friday night with an urgent need for a special type of bedding. They were quickly able to find one piece in their warehouse and another on the showroom floor. 10 minutes later I was out the door, and for a modest additional fee Alex delivered the pieces to my home before I even arrived back! Exceptional customer service!
