Outstanding customer service from the receptionist. She was extremely pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond to acomodate our appointment. The nurse was very friendly, informative, gentle and professional. The only regret I have is not to remember their names 😔.

I don't know where to begin because I can't contain my happiness! I've been on a hunt for a med spa that actually caters and listen to my concerns without judgement and Escape Med Spa is the place. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by 2 lovely receptionists at the front desk. I am an indecisive person at baseline, and they were extremely patient with answering my questions. If they didn't know the answer, then they had a nurse come and explain in further detail. Debbie was one of the nurses working that day. The only word I can use to describe her is AMAZING! She took the time and explained EVERYTHING to me. Unlike other places Ive gone to in the past, she didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. She was very honest and in the most loving way. She made me feel at ease. I ended up getting a B12 shot with her and let's just say, I've had mosquito bites that hurt more than how she injected me. I literally didn't feel a thing! She's just an all around gentle person, and you can see that she loves what she does. They were also able to squeeze me in to get Botox on my forehead which was done by another nurse name Brynn. She was great as well! She gave me a squeeze ball to hold onto in case it was too painful, and I forgot I even had it. I barely felt anything! I say all this to say, if you ever need any pampering done, ask for Debbie. I promise you won't regret it!

My girlfriend always wanted to try the lymphatic massage, so I researched and found this place for her and booked an appointment for her birthday present. She loved the massage and said the place was private, clean, and beautiful. She said her body looked and felt great afterward. Thank you to therapist Daniela for the excellent service.
