Worst customer service ever, wanted to exchange a used once $650 jacket for the same size and model because it had a defective strap. I understand my fault of not checking every little piece before using it, but I really liked the jacket and it wasn't something easy to notice before being in actual snow.

I’m pretty disappointed in my experience here. My husband and I were visiting this store for the first time, interested in their selection of Patagonia and Arc’teryx. Upon entering the store, we were not welcomed by any of the employees. Instead, the older male employee followed us from rack to rack, not saying anything, just watching us. We walked in with a lululemon bag and that was it. It made us incredibly uncomfortable and made us unfortunately not want to purchase anything. We ended going across to The North Face where we were greeted and treated like guests. Please don’t visit this store dressed casually or you’ll be profiled by the employees.

I have been visiting this store multiple times, very friendly staff! They also have a very classical selection of winter jackets across different brands. I just bought a parka yesterday, super happy with this purchase.
