Bail company after Bail company told me they would “work with me” (on approved credit) then have outrageous expectations of me to produce co-signers wit credit scores of 750 and up. The ones I know who have scores like that didn’t get there by attaching their accounts to the bills of people with bad credit. Fortunately I had an agent that possessed, Realistic expectations when it came to my credit situation. She made it easy on me. And I needed it to be. So I appreciate her for that. She also acted fast when a curve ball l was thrown at us. She quickly let me know what my options were didn’t panic or take advantage of me when I was in a vulnerable spot . I really feel like she helped me. Not like they capitalized of my misfortune.

This experience was all new to me Kayla was very very nice calm and professional she walked me through step by step and was even there for me after she got off of work not that I needed her but she told me I could reach out to her cuz I had no idea about the situation and never been through this at all and and she was great and I my sister inside said when she was talking to everyone on the phone that everyone was nice also so just want to say thank you so much I really appreciate you guys in this time thank you
