I’m usually not a Karen but I went in asked for a 32 oz drink like I always do I’ve been coming here for years I get the same drink I usually don’t come in on a Sunday but I was in town point is I asked for orange juice she forgot so I said very kindly mam did u add orange juice she grabbed the cup put two little drops and in a ride way like I offended her I’m very sorry to you guys I will no longer return I paid almost 10$ for this drink and I only asked for the flavors it’s just with out orange juice it’s not the same flavor so I am so sorry for real I didn’t know by asking kindly if you could please add the flavor u forgot to add and I’m not saying this to have ppl not come here it’s because I want ur boss to know how u treat his or her customers very rude I will not return

I stopped by here on my way to Wenatchee to get coffee on Sunday afternoon. The only coffee shop that was open on Sunday till 6 in Moses Lake 😅. Good coffee, great customer service. I got a 12 oz caramel latte which was too sweet. If you want yours to have more of a coffee taste and less sweet, ask for one pump of caramel instead of two. 👌🏻🎉
