I was helped by someone who i think is the epitome of customer service, Lizeth. I was definatelly a customer with a difficult scenario. I had 3 different things that I needed help with and she totally made me feel as if she was working for me. We need to have more Lizeth anywhere customer service is needed and normalize this. I wish there was a way to next time i need Customer service at Essex Morgage i could ask to be helped by her.

Today we received the best, most excellent customer service from Eliza and we wanted to inform Essex via your service rating message after the call, however, that system didn't work and by the way has not worked since our first call so I asked Eliza what to do about that if it happened again and she instructed us to leave a google review. We really appreciate all that Essex Mortgage does for us and wanted to commend you for the service we generally get via phone, especially today with all the info and support we received from Eliza - please note her records that we give her a 100!!
