I cannot recommend Esteam highly enough! We have had them out twice now, and each time they have done a fabulous job. Not only did they make the carpets look like new despite some worn stains and other issues, but the staff members they sent are so kind and professional - they all went above and beyond on both visits. Love Esteam - will continue to use them as long as we're in Petaluma!

We have had Esteam Carpet Cleaning to our house 2 times. Both times our carpets turned out beautiful! My husband was very impressed with the quality of service and the employees. Very professional and courteous, prompt and thorough. My husband even took the time afterward to call the company and compliment the serviceman. I highly recommend Esteam Carpet Cleaning. Professional staff when I called to make the appointment as well.

I am beyond impressed with the quality and service and level of professionalism this company consistently presents. It took just two hours for them to clean all my carpets and rugs beautifully, restore my bathroom tile and grout to like new condition, and remove every stain from a sectional couch that I thought was ruined beyond repair. The results are truly unbelievable. The staff was friendly, respectful, and efficient. I highly recommend Esteam Carpet & Tile Care.
