I've had great experience shipping with Estes. The drivers would come in and they would have great attitudes All of our loads has been picked up and delivered on time, that make everyone's job much easier.

Worst shipping company EVER!!!! My package made it to the destination terminal last Wednesday that is located just two miles from my house. It is now Monday and they still can't tell me if my package will be delivered today. I tried to make arrangements to pick up the package myself but they had turned it over to a "local deliver service" that they didn't even have a phone number for BS!!! If I would have known my package would be delivered by Estes I would have gladly paid an extra $200 to purchase it somewhere else that would have shipped with anyone BUT Estes. Even when calling and being told they would get back to me the NEVER did.
