Rude staff and horrible service. The box was very badly damaged in transit. At minimum the damage sustained: the box was walked on (see footprints), dropped off the truck, crushed, and picked up through the packaging with a forklift. When I pointed it out, the staff seemed disinterested in what I had to say and responded "it's possible they shipped it like that". Very disappointed.

They called me multiple times to tell me I had to pickup this shipment right away, and didn't notify me my packaged was destroyed in transit. Horrible service, avoid at all costs even if the competitor is higher priced.
