Well lets see. The web site isn't working and the hard to locate "business phone number" is a generic messaged voicemail recording. i would say very unprofessional and these days, scary after making a large purchase and not hearing anything back or able to reach the company. Sketchy at best when a company presents themselves this way.

I saw someone gave this product a 1 star and was shocked. It's great and definitely worth it. Our has lasted for a while and I just gave the rest of my bottles to my mom so she can enjoy them as well.
