My younger brother passed away in August last year. With heavy hearts, we purchased a family burial plot at their cemetery. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was very helpful. However, some things have left us very frustrated. We paid full on May this year and began arranging my brother's burial. By the end of July, before the burial, the headstone was still not engraved. Now, my father, who is in his 80s and in very poor health condition，wishes to see the headstone before he leaves this world, but up to now, we have not received any updates!

I knew I wanted to set up my final arrangements before I visited eternal hills. My mother had done so and what a relief it was for me when she passed. All final decisions had been made at a time when having to make life decisions would have been emotionally so painful. I decided this was best for me. I highly recommend anyone seeking the same service to please look into what they offer. There was NO pressure and several choices that I wasn’t aware of. I left feeling very good about my decision.
