Our family experienced the loss of our newborn and it was and has been one of the hardest things we have ever experienced. We had no idea that we had to go through the process of making arrangement. From our initial call with Briana, to the services of Lindsay Basske and Deysi Ramirez, we felt taken care of. We were anxious about the call to make arrangements, but everything has been a smooth process. They also took care of us in an extremely surprising way that was unexpected, and for that, we are grateful. Thank you Eternal Valley team for taking care of us and helping us out a lot on this time.

I feel like the level of care from my initial meetings ip till now are amazing. I remember of the staff that I had worked with showed sympathy, true kindness, and were willing to help. I initially had issues with scheduling my mother‘s funeral due to other issues regarding acquiring a death certificate, however, the staff (Specifically, Aaron and Brianna) assured me that they were able to assist and were even able to hold dates. Additionally, when the time came for planning, they were able to accommodate all our requests and even gave more than expected. My Family was absolutely grateful and impressed with the level of consideration given. I’m still receiving phone calls from the team to check in on how we’re doing since the funeral. These people really care about all the families they work with. During our service Shaun, Adam, Claudia, and Angela were also very helpful and Made sure to guide my family through the entire process. Help was absolutely necessary as we were all just trying to be present for these moments without having to put so much focus on keeping everything organized. They really did all the work. I also had some issues with paperwork that needed to be addressed with which Laura walked me through. I was a mess and she made sure that we got through the process.

Lindsay was so helpful and really helped make a sad situation a bit easier. She was always available to help out with what was needed. She was a pleasure to work with. The facility is very nice. It’s fresh and clean. The staff the day of the service was so helpful too! This is the third time I have use this facility. God forbid anything happens anytime soon, but I definitely would use it again when the need be.
