Erik quickly responded to my AC repair call on a Sunday when my unit broke down. By Wednesday, Erik, Jamie, Collin, and Bernard had my new unit up and running. They were honest, respectful, and the installation was swift. The pricing was also reasonable. I highly recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in San Jacinto!

Erik and his team arrived on the same day I called them. Erik was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain all my options for my AC unit. He even spoke to my father to help explain the situation. As someone who doesn't know much about AC units, I was initially apprehensive about making a decision. However, by the end, I was completely reassured that Erik had my best interests at heart. The level of service I received was exceptional. They came back to San Jacinto and replaced my AC unit, and I didn't even have to be present, saving me the need to take another day off. The quality of their work was top-notch!

Erik was simply outstanding! On a day that was predicted to be quite warm, our AC broke down in the morning. Amazingly, he was able to make it to our place in San Jacinto within an hour. He identified the problem, demonstrated the minor adjustments he was making, and explained the process as he went along. He offered a reasonable price, immediately replaced the necessary part, and even discounted the diagnostic fee. I would highly recommend Erik for any AC repair needs!
