Had a really really hard time reaching the stylist I HAD to see because the groupon deal I bought was for one person only and apparently she's bad at getting back to people. When I finally made it in, the promo had expired but I still had money to use. She was unprofessional and did a pretty poor cut. When the appt was over, she kept my left over money for next time instead of writing me a gift card for the amount I had left. I never returned and she still has my money. Management is not willing to do anything.

The staff at this salon is amazing. The location is beautiful, I went in for an appointment with Randy and left with EXACTLY what I wanted. Best hair salon in town. I wont go anywhere else from now on!
