The front reception lady has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced in my LIFE. Condescending, rude, and everything but helpful to customers, even to those with long-standing contracts. After several bad interactions over the years and trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, I am taking my business elsewhere IMMEDIATELY because she only proved that being incredibly rude was her intention after all. Bad day, lot of stuff going on in life/at home- I get it, but for someone to go out of their way to be rude to a customer is mind boggling to me. I have worked in several labs as an analyst and couldn't understand for the life of me why she always felt the need to act as though I must know absolutely nothing simply because I have questions or want to verify the COC was filled out correctly. I strongly suggest Eurofins considers the potential business she's turning away if they want to maximize their profits.

Came here to pick up some sample bottles and was amazed at how impatient, and full of attitude the worker was with me. just because I needed a little extra help finding the right form, instead of helping she got frustrated and was saying no one knows what they need as if we’re supposed to be as educated as her.I was going to leave it at that but I saw her laughing on her way back in. I had to go back in and let her know about her customer service and she made excuses instead of taking accountability. My best advice is avoid this old lady at all costs
