Unfortunately I'm having to leave a bad review since this business will refuse to get back to me and resolve my issue. I ordered a set of calipers that were delivered to the wrong address after going back and forth with ups for a month, ups reimbursed this business who now refuses to either replace the parts or reimburse me after two months of going back and forth. Last conversation I had with the manager he hung up the phone on me telling me I switched the address when I called back and offered to email him the tracking info showing the whole history of the package where it shows I have no way of changing anything on a package coming to me since I'm not the sender, he than referred me to someone else washing his hands. I have not received an answer as to what they will be doing. I have since had to order parts from elsewhere and currently out of the $1100.00 dollars spent on parts plus shipping. It would be nice to receive a curtesy phone call instead of them hiding behind a phone.

You have not communicated..... hence the 1 star review.... apt 127 is not next door to apt 217 which clearly shows on the picture you received from UPS, also it is my understanding that UPS spoke to this facility regarding the missing package from day 1. Which was also found according to them and returned back to you. Clearly stated on the history of the package from UPS. Still no package nor replacement nor refund has been issued not even a phone call explaining what the next step is. A clear lack of customer service and disregard for a paying customer. Seem like blaming the customer is a common theme with this business.....
ANSWER TO THEIR LIE.... As stated before I had to start the investigation..... not you guys ...... you claimed to have spoken with ups after I made you guys aware of what was going on ... so you can keep trying do deflect and answer in a manner where your customers can see you as the concern party.... when in reality you have done nothing to help the situation... for any future consumers that are looking to get parts shipped please BEWARE as you will not get any assistance from this facility once they have received your money...
Zane and his crew provided absolutely stellar service! We are restoring an early 2000s Mercedes-Benz AMG station wagon and were informed by the dealership that several OEM parts were no longer manufactured. This was after they had informed us several weeks prior that these new parts were simply on back order from Europe and would take a few weeks to arrive.
Panic set in so we started calling any and all recycling yards to see if they could painstakingly, and carefully, disassemble some cars to find these parts for us. Zane let us know how rare it would be for his crew to find these parts, but they were responsive from day one and eventually tracked down the necessary parts.
Zane even sent photos of the condition of the parts knowing that some were in less than desired condition. We knew what to expect and this allowed us to search elsewhere for the remaining parts. Ultimately, the Zane and the European Auto Recycling crew were able to find the vast majority of the parts that we needed for this restoration!
My wife and I sincerely appreciate the level of service and the quality of parts that we received. From the initial inquiry, to pulling the parts, getting our approval with detailed photos, and finally packing and shipping these delicate parts to us ... the process was our best experience out of all of the recycling yards that we called (dozens of them). We are very grateful for your efforts Zane and will always recommend European Auto Recycling to our fellow enthusiasts when trying to track down used/rare parts.
