After taking my Aston Martin to another shop in West LA and facing a hefty quote, I contacted John who was incredibly helpful from the first call, even assisting with the service request. Impressively, he offered transparent communication, sharing video updates throughout. John managed to perform the same repairs and more, charging less than half of the initial $10k+ estimate. His honesty, dedication, and work ethic are evident in their shop's quality. For anyone with a high-end vehicle, I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Five stars isn't enough for John & everyone at European Auto. He’s not only extremely skilled, but very, very trustworthy. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our cars. Their expertise in bodywork AND everything mechanical is unmatched, and their commitment to honesty and integrity is truly admirable.
