Jackie is new, but she did great! I would definitely recommend her :) There was also a small mistake made at the front desk, but I appreciate her honesty and that she owned up to the mistake and fixed it. Mistakes happen and that’s ok. Glad you didn’t try hiding it or blaming it on the system or someone else.
