Autumn was my technician. She made me instantly comfortable! She was wonderful in her explanation of what she was doing and why. This was my first experience here and I re-booked on the spot with her!

This place is great, all the staff are amazing. The first time I called 8/12 spoke to Alysha, she was extremely nice very very helpful professional understanding & took the extra time to really explain everything to me so instead of canceling my free wax appt, I actually scheduled my free wax, eye brow tent and a full bikini wax all of which I had never ever ever done or even considered doing before but I felt so much more comfortable knowing more about things that I was actually excited & inspired, she really went above & beyond to help me learn & understand which I greatly appreciated - she was fantastic. Then went I went to my first appt 8/27 the front dest lady was great, and Autumn who did my Eye Brow wax & Eye Brown tent, and my full bikini wax did an awesome amazing terrific fantastic job, she talked me through it all step by step, checked in to make sure I was ok as she did her stuff, she was patient understanding very professional knowledgeable experienced gentle kind and caring, she did an excellent job, everything turned out better than I expected or imagined, and I looked fabulous for my daughters wedding, I got lots of compliments on my eyebrows. My husband was very very pleased happy excited & blessed with my beautifully fully waxed bikini surprise for him as his belated 27th anniversary gift, he was really shocked but very intrigued & impressed also. I was so excited happy & blessed about my new adventure & how easy & simple it was - I told everyone/almost everyone all about it. Autumn did an incredible outstanding amazing awesome fantastic wonderful thorough fabulous job, I was very very impressed & please, and I am looking forward to going back to have it all done again, it’s made such a positive life altering great impression & impact on my life. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you European Wax Center for making my life more beautiful & more fun but mostly Thank you Alysha & Autumn for making my life better in more ways than I can say.
