If I could give 0 stars, I would. Sierra at EWC clearly lacks the necessary skills for waxing, especially when it comes to legs. I visited on August 22 for full legs plus two additional services, and I ended up having to get my legs redone at another place. The $175 wax pass I paid for was completely wasted.Despite repeatedly pointing out that she had left hair in various areas, Sierra showed no accountability for the poor job she did. Instead, she kept sighing and made it clear that she was in a rush to leave since they were closing.
Not only did I receive terrible service, but her unprofessional attitude was also unacceptable.This is the third time I've had to deal with EWC's subpar technicians, and it's frustrating that they continue to hire people who don’t seem to know what they’re doing

And yes, yesss I left reviews at other two places because I have been getting services like this for lil bit and this time it went beyond my threshold to be okay with it. 3 reviews are only for the past 3 times this happend and I went on saying next time will be better but it wasn't
